A registered non-profit organisation, Hibiscus Retirement Villages became the first retirement society in the country to use the “Life Rights” basis. LIFE RIGHTS
All homes are sold on a life-right basis, and the Society continues to own them at all times. This means that there are no commissions, legal fees or transfer fees payable and residents are assured their home for as long as they need it. It also means that the Society is responsible for both the interior and exterior maintenance of each home and all communal facilities and grounds. This is the perfect lock-up-and-go lifestyle and ensures that no resident has to deal with pesky repairs when they become necessary.
