Kenrock is an ideal location to access the surrounding mountain trails and hikes through its private gate on the estate.
Children are spoilt for choice with the many exciting places to play and ride bicycles around the estate. The walking trails, ponds, and play area are perfect for children. It is also a country living close to some of the Western Cape’s top attractions, and schools and is only a 20-minute drive to the main city area.
Kenrock also hosts regular events enjoyed by all the residents of the estate. From Halloween for the children to concerts for the whole family so it’s ideal country and community living for all to take pleasure in.
Security
Security is extremely important at Kenrock. There is full perimeter security and access control for vehicles and pedestrians exists. Various methods are used to make sure visitors and contractors are closely monitored. The two companies’ responsible for estate security are also involved in securing similar residential estates in the area. Kenrock works closely with local community police forums.

The focal points of the landscaped area are the forest, meadow, dams, and wetlands within the private open space in the estate. The environmental setting on the estate has also allowed the natural fauna and flora to flourish, which is an essential part of true country living.

Kenrock Country Estate has 6 dams established throughout the estate, including a winter perennial dam. Producing a year-round habitat for the visiting and local birds to frequent.
