The Rest Nature Estate is a 320-hectare residential estate located 5 minutes from Nelspruit.
110 hectares have been reserved as natural lowveld reserve for the enjoyment of residents, while 210 hectares accommodates a low-density, private residential estate of approximately 1200 homes. 550 serviced freehold stands and 110 completed houses (previously known as villas) were available during Phase 1 & 2 of the development. Construction of more than 300 homes is now complete. Phase 3 consists of 200 stands that were released in 2020.

The Rest Nature Trust
The Rest Nature Trust was created under the auspices of The Rest Nature Estate Home Owners Association. Its objective is to ‘preserve, promote, educate and develop the natural assets of The Rest Nature Estate, namely its birdlife, trees, flora and wildlife. This commitment is strongly aligned to The Rest Nature Estate’s strapline – Your Natural Habitat.
