Breaking the boundaries in retirement living, Shoreline Sibaya is creating an invigorating environment for retirees. Encapsulating a resort-style feel, every day is an opportunity to create new beginnings and live a social and active coastal lifestyle within a close-knit community.
This idyllic lifestyle is further enhanced by the beautiful sea views, exquisite landscaped surroundings, as well as the dedicated, specialised care and personal support each resident will experience when living at Shoreline Sibaya.
Facilities
Shoreline Sibaya provides onsite care through the MyCare Centre, where residents will receive health assessments when moving in, to ensure they receive tailor-made care. Our residents will have access to a multi-disciplinary team, a registered nurse onsite during office hours and available 24-hours a day, assisted living suites, as well as 6 sick bay beds.
The Community Centre
Central and easily accessed, the community centre is a spacious venue, where all residents can relax or host a memorable family event. Facilities include a fully equipped gym, a kitchen, an internet café corner, a quiet reading area, swimming pool, a social lounge area and an outdoor braai area.
The MyCare Centre
The MyCare Centre will be one of the first buildings constructed by Carmel Properties, demonstrating their commitment to providing care and support for residents from the outset.
Outdoor gardens and walking trails
Through the use of the outdoor gardens and walking trails, retirees are given a sense of community, purpose and connection with others. The ‘Village Green’ will act as a communal space where residents can get together for social engagement, and gentle activities, like walking, Tai Chi or yoga. The food garden provides an opportunity to engage with nature, grow food and provide herbs for the community centre or residents.
