Riaan Oosthuysen achieved his BProc Law degree in 1995 and was admitted as an attorney in March 1997.
He worked as a professional assistant at Gouws Attorneys from March 1997, as an associate from March 2000 and as director from March 2001 specializing in Third Party Claims, Suppliers Claims and General Litigation. During November 2001 to November 2004 he practiced as a partner in the firm Oosthuysen, Naudé and Schoeman Attorneys. During November 2004 to 2006 he practiced for his own account as Riaan Oosthuysen Attorneys. During 2007 he joined forces with Elna Oosthuysen to establish Oosthuysen Attorneys. Riaan also successfully helped other estate agencies build their business. Riaan is on a daily basis involved in rent administration, body corporate management, Home Owners Association Management. Riaan serves as a trustee on several Body Corporates and also act as Director for several Home Owners Associations.
