In order to build and maintain happy relationships with our home owners at Arabella, we have embarked on a range of activities and mediums to cater for all needs. The HOA regularly communicates with home owners via email, whatsapp and a private secure Facebook Home Owners Group. We also hold regular home owner get togethers, dinners, socials, wine tasting events, bridge clubs, birding walks, yoga on the lagoon decks, and in summer our all-time favourite sundowners on the decks over-looking the magnificent Botriver lagoon.
