There is a place where the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true. It’s a happy place with princesses and pirates and fairy castles and talking mice with big ears. And the best part is that now you don’t have to buy a day pass – you can live there.

Situated just seven kilometres from the Magic Kingdom® Park, Golden Oak at the Walt Disney World® Resort is a luxury master-planned community located at one of the most extraordinary family vacation destinations in the world.

Dare to dream

Artfully designed with exquisite attention to quality and detail, the single-family homes are the first-ever available for whole-ownership purchase at the Walt Disney World® Resort. Golden Oak Realty is offering a limited collection of custom homes starting at $ 2 million. Experienced custom homebuilders are constructing the homes, following strict design guidelines and drawing inspiration from old-world Mediterranean and Caribbean architecture with Venetian, Dutch, and Tuscan design influences. At full build-out, Golden Oak is anticipated to have approximately 300 homes.

There are six separate neighbourhoods, each of which has its own character.

Marceline

With its lovely green setting, Marceline offers residents peace and quiet – and a view of the central sculpture inspired by the classic Disney movie, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Homes in this neighbourhood will range in size between 350 m² and 420 m² of air-conditioned space and will be situated on homesites of about 1 000 m².

Carolwood and Carolwood Reserve

The natural reserves surrounding this neighbourhood offer a scenic and private setting. A limited number of Grand Estate homes are offered on sites of approximately 3 000 m². Grand Estate homes are designed to accommodate the needs of large and extended families.

Set against the backdrop of the golf course or natural waterways, Carolwood Reserve sites are generously sized at approximately 3 000 m², and the homes are quite big, ranging in size from 600 m² to 1 100 m². Architectural styles offered include Tuscan, Spanish Revival, Venetian, Italianate, Dutch Colonial and Island Colonial.

Silverbrook

Silverbrook consists of houses of between 460 m² and 650 m² on beautiful 2 000 m² sites alongside conservation areas or water features but close to community amenities and activities at Summerhouse, the private clubhouse for Golden Oak.

Kimball Trace

This charming Tuscan-inspired village is an intimate collection of creatively designed homes carefully sited to emphasise privacy. It’s an easy stroll to Summerhouse for relaxed entertaining or socialising. Homes in this neighbourhood range from 280 m² to 460 m² of air-conditioned space.

Kingswell

Rooted in tradition, Golden Oak’s newest neighborhood, Kingswell, is named after the street where Walt and Roy Disney set up their first Hollywood studio. Custom single-family units range from approximately 280 m² to 460 m² and feature design and architectural inspiration from Europe and the Caribbean. Some of the 2 000 m² sites have scenic water views, and a planned community park with natural landscapes will be open to all Golden Oak residents. Near the park, a new bronze sculpture of Pinocchio will add to the unique Golden Oak sculpture series.

Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando

Nestled within Golden Oak and offering private entry to the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, the Four Seasons Private Residences Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort features single-family custom homes that start at $ 5 million, offering a luxury lifestyle with personalised service from the Four Seasons. The neighbourhood includes three collections of approximately one-half acre homesites, ranging in size from 6 000 to over 10 000 square feet, featuring three European-inspired styles embodying Venetian, Italianate and Spanish Revival architectural precedents. In addition to the benefits and amenities that come from living at Golden Oak, owners of Four Seasons Private Residences will also have a private entry and access to the amenities and services at the neighbouring Four Seasons Resort Orlando, which includes a full-service spa, five pool areas, tennis courts and six on-site restaurants. Dare to dream

But the best part is that the Disney Connection offers residents special park access, Extra Magic Hours benefits, merchandise delivery, dining reservations, merchandise discounts, golf services and park transportation – and a concierge-style team to help arrange personal, residential and resort requests.

Dare to dream

The Golden Oak Club is a private social and recreational club featuring a private clubhouse, Summerhouse, with full-service restaurant, Markham’s, Tyler’s Lounge, family-friendly gaming rooms, a gym and a pool. Each Golden Oak homeowner is a member of the club, and Disney oversees it all, so it’s like being on holiday forever.

As Cinderella, one of Disney’s most popular characters, said, “A dream is a wish your heart makes,” and at Golden Oak at Walt Disney World® Resort you can make your dream home a reality.
