GLOVent Solutions is a young company with an entrepreneurial spirit. We value all relationships (including clients, partners, suppliers, and employees), and despite having a profit motive, we aim to make a positive impact on all the lives and organisations we touch.

GLOVent’s vision is to enhance multi-tenant property management efficiency; and, at the same time, increase property tenant and stakeholder satisfaction. We do this by applying state-of-the-art technology to find innovative solutions. We are excited about the future of multi-tenant property communities in South Africa and internationally and look forward to continue dreaming about how multi-tenant property management could be even better, and then working to make it possible.

The business started in 2006 when four entrepreneurs saw the need for more effective management and communication in residential estates. Through partnerships a CMS (Community Management System) was developed, with the first client (The Wilds) going live in January 2007.

We are proud that, after all these years, The Wilds is still a client using our now much enhanced GLOVent CMS as well as other value-added products and services. More than 600 communities (residential and other) have also since joined the GLOVent family, now enhancing the lives of more than 130,000 members, throughout South Africa and internationally.

GLOVent’s product range has expanded from the initial “bulk communication portal” and now includes a range of multi-tenant property community solutions. The core of the solution is a state-of-the art CMS (Community Management System) built on the latest 4th Industrial Revolution technology, with a range of specialised integrated modules.

GLOVent’s main product, GLO CMS, is a complete community management solution. Our offering connects and inform residents through features like visitor management, service provider management and access to information. Residents and owners can interact with one another and management through a web portal or a mobile application.

The GLO CMS is a web application consisting of a Community Management Module with a Member Mobile Application. The Community Management Module is a management and communication tool assisting management committees with the day-to-day management of their community. The Member Mobile Application, amongst other benefits, provides a central interface for community members to interact with their management committee and one another.
