An innovative new lifestyle development at Cove Rock, East London is set to bring a combination of affordable housing opportunities, economic upliftment and social transformation to Buffalo City’s west coast. The response from market since RockCliff Living’s sales launch two weeks ago has been overwhelmingly positive.
