A recently concluded joint venture between Evergreen Retirement Holdings and the Uvest Property Group will see the development of Evergreen Sitari, a premier retirement village, set within the Sitari Country Estate in Somerset West.

This joint venture represents a partnership between two prominent South African property brands.  Uvest Property Group is the master developer of Sitari and managers of the largest privately owned residential portfolio in the Western Cape. Evergreen Lifestyle is South Africa’s premier national retirement brand with a reputation for building and managing exceptional villages in some of the most beautiful parts of the country.
