Separated by the beautiful Goukou River, the town is sectioned into Stilbaai East and Stilbaai West, both offering gorgeous views and endless natural serenity.

Everything you need in a small town
If you enjoy the kind of holidays where you do not need to travel further than a few kilometres for everything you need, then Stilbaai is the perfect place for you. There is a Spar for all your grocery essentials, and the Village Square has everything from a wellness store, an inviting coffee shop and a home decor and crafts shop to Specsavers – and you can even find freshly baked sourdough bread.
Stilbaai also features liquor stores, craft shops, where you can buy everything from fabrics and buttons to paint, as well as a Postnet for all your postal needs. Stilbaai Kelders offers an impressively large selection of excellent South African wines for such a small town. With everything from hair salons, fishing tackle shops and IT solutions to furniture shops, stationery shops and even a Vodacom, Stilbaai has everything you need and more.
Medical care is available through the CareWell Sub-acute Hospital or the Stilbaai Clinic. Stilbaai even has two schools – the Grace Prep Private School and Laerskool Bertie Barnard. Additionally, there are a number of fantastic restaurants that cater to the residents offering a high-quality dining experience.
