ARC (Association for Residential Community), proactively supports Homeowners Associations and Bodies Corporate, their management teams and trustees, to establish, maintain and enhance the value of residential communities and mixed-use developments.
One of the pillars of this support structure is the quarterly provincial meetings, where estate management and trustees are able to come together and discuss pertinent issues and share their solutions. These meetings are referred to as Chapter meetings. Over the years the Chapter meetings have developed into a fundamental part of estate management’s ongoing education.
With this in mind, ARC and Estate Living, have partnered together to develop a framework that will reinforce this educational approach and increase the value of the Chapter meeting for both the management and their trustees.
In addition to tackling both provincial and national community issues, each Chapter meeting will now have a specific content focus and opportunity for an industry leader to share their insight, supported by a panel of experienced management and service providers to the industry.
