Seychelles’ world-famous beaches grace the pages of many travel and fashion magazines. While some have small lazy waves and are shallow which makes them child-friendly, others are somewhat ‘wild’ and are best suited to surfing.
Some are easily accessed from your beachside hotel; others require something of a hike to get to or even to find! Some have stalls selling snacks and beverages, others are lonely but are great fishing spots. The beach you will most likely spend most of your time on will be close to, or even on the doorstep of, your accommodation, but there are others spread around the islands that are worth your while visiting. Therefore, let us whisk you away and together visit some of the most beautiful beaches this world has to offer
Anse Source d’Argent, La Digue
This is the Seychelles’ most prominent beach, made famous globally for its incredible granite rock formations, silky white-sand shoreline, and clear shallow waters that are simply teeming with fish.

Anse Royale, Mahé

Anse Lazio, Praslin
Palm and Takamaka trees provide great shade to the half-mile long curve of clean white sand making this one of Seychelles’ most popular beaches. It also boasts great snorkelling.
Beau Vallon, Mahé
Beau Vallon, the Seychelles’ most popular and longest beach is beautiful and caters for everyone with the bonus of restaurants, beach-side bars and various stalls lining the shore. The shallow waters are ideal for children, and, in addition, there are also some good snorkelling spots.
Anse Marron, La Digue
After hiking some distance through a forest, you reach an almost perfect semicircle of large granite boulders which form a natural barrier to the sea beyond and thereby create a lovely turquoise coloured natural saltwater pool, fringed by soft, white sea sand.
All these beaches are just waiting for you to spread your beach towels on their welcoming sands. So why not get in touch with our expert travel consultants and book your trip to the Seychelles right now?
